As a professional manufacturer, ZEN Machinery offers high quality YL Two Value Capacitor Induction Motor, which is widely used in air compressors, pumps, fans, refrigerators, medical devices, small-sized machines, etc., especially in single-phase power supply environments.

Specification

1. Voltage and frequency

The standard voltage and frequency for a single-phase motor are 220 V, 50 Hz. The motors will operate satisfactorily with voltage deviations of +5% from the nominal value.

2. Cooling and ventilation

The standard cooling method is totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) using LC411. Standard motors are equipped with radial plastic fans.

3. Temperature and insulation

Motor insulation class is F (155 °C), operating class is B (80 K), which increases the service life and reliability of the motor.

4. Protection class

The protection class is IP44, which means complete protection against water and dust ingress.

5. Engine protection

Motors can be equipped with PTC sensors to protect the windings and bearings from overheating.

6. Terminal box location

The box can be made of plastic or steel.

7. Motor operating system

The motor operating system is designed for continuous operation mode S1.

8. Quality guarantee

The product is manufactured in accordance with an ISO 9001 certified quality system.
